This place is in a great commuter location. I love how large the homes are, and they have recently renovated ours and it’s so nice. BTW, the pool is my favorite place to hang!

I’m giving this review five stars all because of the amazing customer service I received and still receive from Brianna in the leasing office. I also like the property and I love the pool and the gym. When we first started doing the paperwork, I had so many questions and Brianna was extremely knowledgeable of the property and all the guidelines, and was able to answer all of my questions. She was very patient with me even though I asked tons of questions, she never seemed like she was frustrated at all. They keep the property clean and it’s quiet here which is a plus.

I am making this review based on the customer service I have received and continue to receive from Brianna in the Rental Office. From the very first day I stepped in the Rental Office looking for more information to move in, Brianna has been and always is very helpful and patient. She made sure all my questions were answered. Unlike others I have encountered, Brianna is always in good spirits and has a great attitude and a smile always on her face. I appreciate her great customer service. Thank you.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how much fun I had at the Christmas party last Friday. Wendy and the staff did a great job with planning and organizing it. It was one of the best Christmas parties I’ve been to in years, there was so much to do… Cookie decorating was the best and tastiest! It was fun watching the kids decorate their Christmas ornaments… And of course, it was great getting to sit on Santa’s lap and tell him my wishes for Christmas… Snow!
I appreciate all of the effort and time spent putting this on, and I consider it to be such a wonderful success… The raffling of the Christmas presents was a highlight, even if you didn’t win, the anticipation was fun, and watching the faces of those who did win, just made you smile! I was impressed with how many people showed up, especially with this being such a busy time of year for everyone. But, what a wonderful way to get the Christmas spirit going!! Thank you again, for doing this for us, it was just wonderful, looking forward to next year. Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year!!!

South Port is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in in my entire life. Miss Bianca Epps the assistant property manager and Miss Denise Rogers the properties regional manager are the best team that ever worked here together at South Port. I’ve been a resident for 2 years and it would not surprise me if I end up here for two more and years more to come.

A wonderful place to call home!
I have been living at South Port for the past year, and I must say it has been an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt like I was part of a welcoming and vibrant community. Here are some of the reasons why I love living here: Well-Maintained Facilities: The maintenance crew deserve a specials shoutout. The common areas, the landscaping, and the amenities are always clean and well-kept. It’s evident that they take pride in their work, and it makes a significant difference in the overall living experience. Safety and Security: Security is a top priority here. The security team is on it. We do live in NOVA so there is always going to be crime but the security team and local police really work together to provide a safer environment for me and my family. Amenities Galore: This apartment complex offers an impressive array of amenities, including a fitness center and pool. It’s like having a resort right at your doorstep. These amenities have added immense value to my daily life. Convenient Location: The location of this apartment complex is ideal. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, making it easy to access everything I need. Yet, it’s tucked away in a peaceful area, providing a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of NOVA. Responsive Maintenance: Whenever there has been a maintenance issue in my apartment, the maintenance team has been quick to resolve it. They are professional and skilled, and I’ve never had to worry about the quality of their work. In conclusion, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make this apartment my home. It’s not just a place to live; it’s a community that cares about its residents. If you’re looking for a comfortable, secure, and welcoming place to call  home, I highly recommend this apartment complex. It’s been a wonderful experience, and I’m looking forward to many more years here!

Great location
I rented a large one bedroom with my cat. There is an easy commute to DC and free parking. The price is good.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience while here. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is the best as well as the area for gatherings for community members. The schools are close and shopping centers are walking distance

Very friendly and family oriented community. The maintenance staff/office are very cooperative. I haven’t had any major issues with my apartment. Schools are close by as well as shipping centers and restaurants.

I’ve been here nine months and I love it. The landscape is beautiful. It’s very clean and quiet. Overall, I love it.
