Southport is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in in my entire life. Miss Bianca Epps the assistant property manager and Miss Denise Rogers the properties regional manager are the best team that ever worked here together at Southport I’ve been a resident for 2 years and it would not surprise me if I end up here for two more and years more to come.

I had a wonderful and easy time applying and getting my first apartment with the help of Mintwabe. She is wonderful, caring, and very professional. She answered all of my questions. Had so much patience with me and giving me the best service ever. The apartment complex is beautiful and I am so happy and grateful Mintwabe was the one who helped me with all the process.

Me and couple of our other families live in this property and we haven’t been having any issues. We like this property and the staff are very helpful. Sabiha and Wendy are helping us with our transfer process and they solve our issues very fast.

Two Months In – So far so good!!!
We wanted to find a place in Alexandria City that was affordable, you only pay electricity and during the hot summer months that is coming out to 100 a month. It’s a pet friendly place with a SUPER attentive office along with maintenance. I’m liking where we live and so far so good!!

Happily Relocated
After looking at apartments for over a month, we found and loved South Port. The staff was wonderful to work with, we loved the newly renovated apartments, large balconies and the park setting. We feel life at South Port provides us with the best of both worlds. We are close to everything we loved to do, metro bus stop is steps away and then we come home to relax on our balcony to enjoy trees, flowers and squirrels.

We have been here for a few months now and thoroughly enjoy living here
We’ve lived in a lot of bad apartments and really looked to find somewhere we would want to stay for a few years this time and so far South Port has been that place. Very happy.

I have enjoyed living here so far, everyone is always so friendly! Wendy is always making sure that everything is okay! Very nice and always willing to answer questions. They make everyone feel comfortable quick.

I’ve been here nine months and I love it. The landscape is beautiful. It’s very clean and quiet. Overall, I love it.
